So… I am 11 days out from running my first Ultra. The Catamount 50K. 2018 marks the races 5th anniversary and it is held at the Trapp Family Outdoor Center in Stowe, Vermont.

It would be a lie if I said the nerves weren’t built up and I am feeling anxious. Questions keep rolling through my brain like how should I fuel, what should I bring, do I really need a second pair of shoes, hydration pack or handhelds and more. All I can do is put trust in my training and the awesome plan that my coach #JimmyMac has made for me.

Maybe I will make a list for gear and a hydration plan…
